Form RS-1 · request for file
public data only
Every dev
has a record.
Paste a token or a dev wallet. We pull the creator's launches, dead coins, how fast they sold and who funded them into one police file, then grade it A to F.

Standard procedure
How a file
gets built
Five steps, all public data, capped per lookup so a free tool stays free. Anything we couldn't reach is written on the file as partial.
Memo · request budget per new lookup
Files are cached 10 minutes (tokens 5) on the server and at the edge. Max 8 new files per visitor per minute.

Identify
Who made it
pump.fun's own record of the creator. If the API is down: the creator field stored in the bonding-curve account on-chain. For other launchpads: the fee payer of the mint's first transaction, labelled as a heuristic because deploy bots can sit in the middle.
- 02
Priors
Everything else they launched
Every coin that wallet created, from pump.fun's index (pump.fun plus the other launchpads it tracks). The API lists them by market cap, so once a page ends at the bonding-curve floor we know the rest are floor too, and count them dead without spending requests.
- 03
Outcome
Alive, graduated or dead
DexScreener market cap and liquidity, 30 coins per request. Dead = older than 6h and MC under $5k, or an empty bonding curve (< 1 SOL), or still on the curve with no trades for 7 days, or a graduated pool under $1k liquidity.
- 04
Behaviour
How fast the dev sold
The dev's own buys and sells on up to 10 launches (the one you asked about, the newest, the biggest). First sell within 10 minutes = early dump. Selling 90%+ of their own buy = full exit.
- 05
Money trail
Who funded the wallet
We walk the wallet's history back to its first transaction (max 2,000 signatures) and read who sent the first SOL. Busy wallets are too deep for the budget: the file says so instead of guessing.

$RAPSHEET
The coin behind the tool. It is not launched yet. This section is a preview: no address, no buy button, nothing to ape.
Official contract address
Anti-clone warning. Any $RAPSHEET you see trading right now is a clone. When the real one launches, its address shows up here first, on this site. Run any CA through a Rap Sheet file before you buy: clones usually come from serial launchers.
Planned for holders · not built yet
- Watchlist: ping me when a dev I follow launches again
- Deeper files: bigger request budget per lookup
- Funding network: devs that share a funder

Not accusations. A rap sheet here is an automated summary of public wallet activity. Words like "charges", "wanted" and "mugshot" are a theme, not legal claims. A low grade means the numbers look bad, not that anyone committed a crime.
Heuristics can be wrong. Creator detection outside pump.fun is a guess (first-transaction signer). Deploy bots, shared wallets and launch services can make an innocent wallet look busy, and a fresh wallet can hide a long history.
Public data only. pump.fun's public API, DexScreener and Solana RPC. We never ask for keys or seed phrases, never connect a wallet, and never link a wallet to a real-world identity. The mugshots are generated cartoons.
Not financial advice. Files can be partial (request budgets, API outages); they say so when they are. Always check the contract too, for example with Sniffy, and DYOR.
